Outdoor Recreation and Community Access

The Outdoor Recreation and Community Access (ORCA) program, offered by Southeast Alaska Independent Living (SAIL), provides adaptive recreational activities for individuals of all abilities. Based in Juneau, Alaska, ORCA offers year-round programs, including hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, and snowboarding, tailored to promote inclusion and personal growth.
