About the Sophie Burdine Schwartz Impact Fund

The intent of the Sophie Burdine-Schwartz Impact Fund is to fund joy-driven experiences and everyday pleasures that don’t fit neatly into a clinical or caregiving budget.

Apply for something that would help make their life a little happier, more joyful, and more full of the experiences that matter to them.

This fund is not for a clinical need, not a caregiver need, but something that would make that specific person’s life happier, chosen by asking, as best as possible, what they would actually want.

Because a meaningful life is about more than meeting needs. It’s about making room for joy.

Travel & Family Experiences

Streaming & Entertainment

Everyday Joys

Bikes, outings, and experiences chosen because they'd make that person smile, not because they check a therapeutic box.
