The Employability/Life Skills Assessment (ELSA) is an informal tool designed to evaluate a student’s current abilities across 24 employability and life skills. Developed by OCALI, ELSA is available in two formats: one tailored for family members and another for transition team professionals. The assessment aims to gather comprehensive information to support effective transition planning for youth with disabilities.
