Camp SMILE, hosted by United Cerebral Palsy of Mobile, is a residential summer camp for individuals with disabilities aged 5 to 50 and their siblings. The camp offers activities such as kayaking, fishing, and horseback riding, providing opportunities for campers to connect with peers who share similar life experiences. With a one-to-one camper-to-counselor ratio and 24-hour medical staff, Camp SMILE ensures a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
The mission of Angelman Syndrome Foundation is to advance the awareness and treatment of Angelman syndrome through education and information, research and support for individuals with Angelman syndrome, their families and other concerned parties. We exist to give all of them a reason to smile, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure.
