A Longitudinal Natural History Study of Adults and Children with Angelman Syndrome (GLOW-AS). The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of how Angelman syndrome naturally progresses as patients age over time.

The study involves attending 5 study visits over the span of 12 months. Throughout the study, we will collect information about the participant’s history, conduct exams and psychological tests, and measure neurological (brain) and sleep activity.

Requirements

  • Must have a diagnosis of Angelman syndrome
  • Be at least 1 year old
  • Be willing to attend 5 study visits over a 12 month period of time
