The ASF Clinic at Motol & Homolka University Hospital is a multi-disciplinary clinic. Adult patients must establish care prior to 18 years old.
This clinic operates as a partnership between the Department of Pediatric Neurology and the Centre of Hereditary Ataxias at Motol and Homolka University Hospital and the Department of Biology and Medical Genetics at the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague to provide expert AS care across the Czech Republic.
