The ASF Clinic at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is a comprehensive clinic that serves pediatric patients. New patients accepted up to 18 years old.
CHLA has multiple resources for transitioning to adult care, including referrals to adult providers, the Center for Healthy Adult Transition (CHAT) program, and a program called NeuroConnect which connects patients with an adult neurology provider.
