The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) is a nonprofit medical camp dedicated to serving children with serious illnesses and their families. CCK offers illness-specific summer sessions for children aged 7 to 16 and family retreat weekends during the spring and fall for children aged 5 to 17 and their families. The camp provides a variety of accessible activities, including swimming, horseback riding, bowling, and fishing, all within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with an on-site medical center. All programs are provided free of charge, ensuring that families can focus on fun and connection without financial burden.
The mission of Angelman Syndrome Foundation is to advance the awareness and treatment of Angelman syndrome through education and information, research and support for individuals with Angelman syndrome, their families and other concerned parties. We exist to give all of them a reason to smile, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure.
