The Air Care Alliance (ACA) is a nonprofit organization that serves as a national network for volunteer pilot groups providing free air transportation for health, compassion, and community service. Established in 1990, ACA promotes and supports public benefit flying by connecting those in need with appropriate volunteer pilot organizations, offering resources for pilots and organizations, and advocating for charitable aviation. Services include an automated referral system to match passengers with suitable organizations and an annual Air Care Conference to foster collaboration among groups.
