Research Study Overview
The study will examine gastrointestinal symptoms, sleep problems and behavior problems in children and adolescents with Angelman Syndrome (AS) between the ages of 3 and 18 years in order to understand the relationship between gastrointestinal symptoms, sleep problems and behavior problems.
- This study is being conducted by Rebecca Gilligan, a student at National University of Ireland, Galway, Dr. Arlene Mannion and Dr. Geraldine Leader.
- The person with Angelman Syndrome must be between 3 and 18 years old.
- In order to participate, parents and caregivers will be asked to complete a survey.
The Angelman Syndrome Foundation does not endorse any clinical trial or study, but provides information to the AS community for its own consideration.
