Jim Lamb, Director

Jim Lamb and EmmettJim is a retired pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in senior management, marketing and sales. Following his retirement he worked with several nonprofit organizations in business development and building capacity. The past 12 years were with an organization called SARAH, which provided programs and services for individuals with intellectual and other disabilities. Jim has served on numerous boards including Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Shoreline Chamber of Commerce and SARAH, Inc. Jim also coaches high school basketball.

Jim and his wife, Lynne are grandparents to Wyatt and Emmett. Emmett is now 12 years old and was diagnosed with Angelman syndrome when he was two years old. Emmett is full of joy, always with a smile on his face and is known as the “Major” at his school. He and his brother Wyatt are best friends

Jim and Lynne recently relocated from Connecticut to Stow Massachusetts where they can be more a part of their family’s life. Jim and Lynne have been active supporters of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation since Emmett’s diagnosis.
