IEP Goal: #35
Student will demonstrate upper extremity strength, postural control and hand skills in order to access classroom materials.
Student will demonstrate trunk extension in order to reach items at a higher level 3/5 trials with minimal hand over hand assistance.
Student will be able to cross midline in order to reach for items in front of her, 3/5 trials with minimal assistance for facilitation.
Student will demonstrate a functional grasp on a writing tool and perform spontaneous scribble without losing contact with the paper.
Student will emonstrate a consistent pincer grasp in order to pick up small objects (during mealtime, etc.) 3/5 trials, with minimal physical cues for facilitation.
