IEP Goal: #54
Within 1 year, Student will sequence and complete putting his/her shoes and socks on, with pictures and verbal prompts, for 4 out of 5 days, as measured by classroom teacher.
Within 4 months, Student will sequence and complete putting his/her shoes and socks on, with pictures and 3 or less physical prompts, for 4 out of 5 days, as measured by classroom teacher.
Within 8 months, Student will sequence and complete putting his/her shoes and socks on, with pictures and 1 or less physical prompt, and verbal prompts as needed for 4 out of 5 days, as measured by classroom teacher.
